You’ve purchased tickets by mail or online. Where are they? Our ticket delivery process is as follows:
Most important – we always have a record of all purchases at the ticket desk at the concert. We can always provide a replacement ticket for any ticket not received, lost, or forgotten.
Season subscription tickets are mailed about a week or more before the first concert. Subscriptions received after the mailing will be held at the ticket desk for pickup.
Minisubscriptions and single tickets purchased in advance are always “will call”. Come to the ticket desk to request your tickets for the concert.
