Roberta, our Director of Marketing, joined our board in March of 2022 via Volunteers of NY.
She and her husband, Bob, and their two young adult children have lived in Chappaqua for 17 years. Her daughter (Skidmore ‘22) is a 2nd grade Associate Teacher at Hackley School and her son is a sophomore at Northeastern University majoring in engineering. They have all enjoyed dance performances at City Center, as well as live music performances at Lincoln Center, Caramoor, area stadiums and concert halls.
Professionally, Roberta has extensive experience in advertising/online advertising sales, event planning, public relations and social media marketing. Her other interests include playing tennis, taking yoga and Zumba classes, and traveling domestically and internationally.
Roberta volunteers at The Mt. Kisco Interfaith Food Pantry and Endeavor Therapeutic Horsemanship.
MUSICAL NOTES: Roberta has always loved attending live dance and music performances. At 12 and 16, respectively, after going to her first dance performance and concert (Alvin Ailey Dance Company at City Center and Rick Springfield at Carnegie Hall) she became hooked on seeing live music. She has excellent dance moves from all her 80’s clubbing days and plays a mean “Do-Re-Mi“ on the piano.
